Problem with image thresholding

Hi guys

I am trying to threshold 16 bit unsigned images, but at the time I apply threshoding nothing come out . Please let me know if I am doing right way or there is problem with my code.

I will appreciate your help.

I gone through these post. I am doing as it mention like, change the property of image disply to binary,but still I am getting attach error.
