Problem with generation pulse (Width) by Counter

I didn't meet any problem when I used only one Counter, generated Pulse from external trigger, and changed Width on-fly. In loop I used "stop - set Width property - run" combination.
 
When system became more complicity the Width still changed by was restricted to ~75 ms!
Full system has
- PCI-6711
