Problem with formula node &&&&

Hi, what I´m trying to do is when my capacitive sensor and my inductive sensor detect and object (they give a value of 1) I want the counter of metalic objects count (the one next to the blue led), but i doesn´t, it´s like the && is not working, the indicador for cnm is the only working (when both sensors detect the indicador next to the green led count, but it shouldn´t). Anyone know why this is happening?

I would suggest learning and implementing the same code in LabVIEW.

instead of local variables, 

use a shift register
