Problem with TCP Read

Hi, I'm developing an application in Labview 8.5 that requests images from an IP camara every two seconds using HTTP commands. The problem I'm having is that frequently the TCP Read function freezes... I don't have idea what's happening. I reduce the timeout but it doesn't work.

The camera comes with an Activex controller. Using it in labview, the communication between the camera and labview is perfect. However, I need that the VI runs in Linux, and that's why I'm using HTTP commands.

First thought is to narrow down whether the problem is on the PC or the camera.  Can you set up a TCP read to read from another PC and see if that works or if it times out.
