Problem with MSO9404A Segmented Acquisition Labview driver

Hi all, I have a problem and I'm not able to solve it. I must acquire 1000 measures with the oscilloscope for every trigger. I configured the Segmented Acquisition with the “Acquisition Configure” driver. You can see this in the next figure.

But when I make the acquisition with the “Read (Single Waveform)” driver, I have to specify the “Segmented Index”. You can see it in the next figure.

This variable “Setmented Index” doesn’t let me acquire the 1000 measurements that I need and the only option I have is to choose which one of them to output. 

 

Any one know how to acquire a 2D matrix with the 1000 measures at the same time?
