Problem with MAX recognizing 3rd party USB DAQ device

I have a Measurement Computing USB-1608FS DAQs module that I'm trying to use to read the voltage change from a K type thermocouple.  I have used the Ain.vi from the universal library for LabVIEW that came with the device, but my voltage readings are not what they are suppose to be.  I've tried to use the DAQ assistant in LabVIEW but it says that there are no physical devices.  Any help with this would be appreciated.

Hi Rebel61,

MAX will most likely not work with third party (non-NI) products, I suggest you look through the device driver disk of Measurement Computing for a sample program (non-labview)
