Problem with Keyence LC-2400A

Hallo I've got a Problem reading Data from the Keyence LC-2400A Sensor in Labview 8.0.
hen I try to read the sensor Data over the RS232 conector. I get either a wrong value or an error(timeout).
Any sugestions?
