Problem with Build Spec in project explorer

When I right click on the Build Specifications within Project explorer I don't get the "Installer" option.  Also if I select one of the option present "Source Distribuiton" I am unable to select any source files - even though I have source files in my project explorer.  The Source Files "project files" box has a grayed out My Computer icon but no "+" sign.

 

What am I missing?

Are you sure that you have Professional Development System and not Base or Full?
