Problem logging thermocouple data using SCB-100

I have successfully connected and tested a thermocouple using the SCB-100 and MAX. Yet, when I try to run a VI Logger task, the data isn't graphed and the exported data shows 1.#inf instead of temperatures. Can someone help me with this?
