Problem in using data dashboard

Hello,

I wanted to start with the Data Dashboard application, i have installed its app in my android cell phone.

I followed the document getting started with data dashboard http://www.ni.com/white-paper/13757/en/ 

the screen shown in this document doesn't comes when i start the application in my mobile.

The first screen

The second screen after add button is pressed

The last screen which gives error
