I'm wondering if anyone here has similar experience as I'm having.
I'm using LabVIEW 3.1.1 with GPIB to control DMM's or other instruments
to take measurements. We've tried to upgrade to newer versions of
LabVIEW before, such as 5.0, but it for some very weird reason creates
much more noise (more than 3 times greater!).
Thing is, I'm using exactly the same VI's in the same settings like a
computer, wiring, etc. untouched. Of course, VI's are necessarily
converted to current versions, but that's the only change.
This makes me nuts as I can't upgrade and have to use the somewhat
inconvenient interface of LabVIEW 3.1.1.
Has anyone experienced similar problem? I would appreciate if you can
share your thoughts or solutions.
