Pico- bis Femtowerte

Hallo Zusammen,

ich habe ein Keithley SMU, von dem ich Pico- bis Femtowerten hernehmen möchte und das im Editor bzw. Excel ausspucken lassen.

Mein Teilprogramm (siehe Anhang: save data), speichert alle Werte die kleiner sind als nano als 0 ab.

Hab ich an meinem String was falsch bzw. etwas vergessen?

Where in your image do you actually save your measurment values? All you show is the formatting of some header lines!

When you want to save values you should use a suitable formatting like "%.6g"…

but with g it´s not a string anymore isn´t it?

it doesn't matter if you format a number using either %f or %g - you always get a string…
