Pareto Random.vi: wrong error description

The Pareto (power law) distribution has the form:

p(x) = c a/x^(1+c) for x > a, 0 otherwise.

for c < 0, the function p above is not a PDF.

Try it with the Pareto Randow.vI and you get an error:

The error code, as interpreted by the Help >> Explain Error... gives:

which is incorrect.

Tested in LV 2013 64 bit SP 1 in Windows 7
