Panel Positioning

Hi,
I'm having a bit of trouble with fixing the position of instruments on
the front panel. I want them to retain their position so that when I use
the VI, with all the scrollbars, run buttons etc removed it will always
appear the same as it does when in stop mode. At present when I remove
scrollbars etc the instruments are moving. I have tried all sorts of
combinations in the VI setup options but have not had a lot of success,
could anyone give me advice on the best combination to use.
