Palette Problem

Hello:
I don't know what I did but for some reason my instr.lib didn't
show up in my Function Palette, I checked the instr.lib and the
dir.mnu is there. Can you please tell me how can I edit the function
palette to add my instr.lib back? I am currenlty using labview 6i.
