The Palette API will be a feature in a future release of
LabVIEW, but an evaluation version is available for test now.
This feature provides users with programmatic
access to palettes (.mnu files). The Palette API supports getting and setting
the information that is accessible through the Palette.
This evaluation API is provided by National Instruments, but it is not
supported. For questions, comments, or feedback related to these tools, refer
to the discussion forum thread in NI Community linked below.
To install and use this evaluation API, you need LabVIEW 8.0 or later. To
install this feature, download the PaletteAPI.zip file from the NI Community. The
Zip file includes the user manual for the API VIs.
