PXI-4060 Digitizer Trigger Problem

The attached VI was written in LabVIEW 8.0 and called through TestStand 3.5.  Occasionally, I get the following error: BFFA2003, "niScope Multi Fetch Cluster.vi, Max time exceeded before the operation completed.  Posssibly no trigger received."  Can anyone offer a sollution to this problem?  I'm using the PXI-4060 Digitizer in a PXI-1050 chassis.

Thanks in advance.Smiley Happy

My mistake.  The digitizer is a PXI-5102.

Hi Joe,

I have a few questions for you:

1.  Has this VI ever worked for you?  How long has this worked before you started receiving this error?  How often does this VI throw this error?

2.  I do not have the FG divby 10 CM.vi.  Is this a subVI that you had created?  Could you attach this subVI to this forum?

3.  Could you try running an example VI from the NI Example Finder, such as NI-Scope Configured Acquisition?  Does this throw the same error using the Immediate Trigger?

Thank you for contacting National Instruments.

In answer to Sara's questions:

1. Yes, this VI works sometimes and not others.  Since my original post, I found out that the VI works fine for maybe a day or so.  Then for a few hours at a time, the test associated with this VI fails and we get the error message stated in my original post.  Units can be re-tested after no modification and pass.

2. FG Adjust divby 10 CM.vi is a sub-VI created by us.  I have attached it.

3. Is this the same as niScope EX Configured Acquisitionvi (also attached)?

Thanks for your help.
