PID controller for level control

Hi

i am designing a water level  controller (just the simulation using labview).

its a simple control system.

a water tank, an inflow and an outflow.

Inflow is manipulated to control the level

Given a setpoint, How can i control the level using a PID controller

If anyone have any examples or solutions of this problem, pls post it here or email sreejith1232@yahoo.co.in

I think you're confused, Allan. I wasn't the one who asked the question.

Besides,I didn't manage to find even a single example in the example finder when searching for "PID" on a computer with 7.1 without the control toolkit installed. There are quite a few if you do have it installed.
