PID and Fuzzy is now included in Full LabVIEW and doesn't require a separate installer.

The 2015 help documentation still indicates that the Fuzzy Designer exists and is located at:
https://www.ni.com/docs/en-US/bundle/labview-pid-and-fuzzy-logic-toolkit-api-ref/page/lvpidmain/pid_...
https://www.ni.com/docs/en-US/bundle/labview-pid-and-fuzzy-logic-toolkit-api-ref/page/lvpid/fuzzy_sy...
Were you not able to locate the Fuzzy System Designer there?
What do you need our team of experts to assist you with?
Thanks!
We'll be in touch soon!
