I have a NI-PCI 7833 RIO card, is it possible to make it work in a Windows 7 computer ?

You can see software support for that card here: Software Support for CompactRIO, CompactDAQ, Single-Board RIO, R Series, and EtherCAT 

Apparently 2016 was the last version of the LabVIEW, LabVIEW FPGA and NI R Series Multifunction RIO that supported it. All these seem to be compatible with Windows 7.
