I am attempting to install LabVIEW 2019 onwards (from Multi-IDE bundle) on Windows 10 but each online installer fails with the message below or similar:
"Could not find product 'ni-software-platform-bundle-x86_20.0_suite'."
So far I have tried the following installers and had no success:
ni-software-platform-bundle-x86_19.1_suite_online_repack3.exe
ni-software-platform-bundle_19.1_suite_online_repack3.exe
ni-software-platform-bundle-x86_20.0_suite_online_repack3.exe
I have tried uninstalling NI Package Manager but this did not help. I have confirmed that it happens on different networks and PCs.
I am would try the offline installers but that is proving troublesome due to the 10s of GB that they are in size...
Any other ideas?

I am having the same issue. Did you find a solution?

No, I have been in touch with NI support and it has been passed to the appropriate department. Thanks for replying to say that you have the same problem, I mentioned this to them so hopefully that will give it a bit more priority...
I have given up and resorted to the offline installers.

Hello,
I have the same problem.
Did you find any solution?
I cannot use the offline solution as it is 58 GB.
I checked this link https://knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA03q000000wxO8CAI&l=en-US but it didn't help.
Thanks

I'm afraid my solution was to use the offline installers but I had problems with them being corrupt several times which required me to retry multiple times over the course of weeks (due to the very large size) until I got all of the versions that I needed.
I agree that this is not an ideal solution and I made it clear to NI support at the time - it doesn't sound like it has been addressed in the past 6 months though which is disappointing. I did already prove that it was not limited to our network as I got the same problem on different PCs both at home and in the office. You have just solidified that fact.
Sorry I don't have a better solution for you. I hope NI are monitoring this thread.
