I've got a strange problem that may or may not be labview/NI related...
We have a DAQpad 4350, connected to a W98SE system via a 15' USB cable.
I know that's "long" but it is within USB specs. It's not impossible to
make it shorter, but it's not likely (unless of course that's the only
solution, I don't even know if it's -a- solution :-).
Currently we use the DAQpad to read 2 voltages and control one Digital
output line.
Every so often the DAQpad will stop responding. The "time between
failure" varies (by "eye") from 2 minutes to 60 minutes. The fix is
simple, but perplexing. Unplugging the USB connector at either end and
then reconnecting it will wake everything up "as if nothing happened".
Any ideas?
