Hi guys,
Can you please tell me how can I obtain a graph of Wavelength vs Intensity of any image in Labview? I only have the graph of Intensity vs pixels.

That's not trivial. To go from a hue to a wavelength (assuming you want some kind of accuracy) you would need to calibrate the camera- by measuring the spectral response to a number of known wavelengths.
