Hi all. My name is Cristian, and I'm new in NI community. I have a project for my customer, and I need imformation about this. My customer need a system that allow to send a signal to a remote server when a object is not in correct position. For example, supuse that I have a pencil in horizonal, but in the system the pencil should be in vertical. If the pencil is in horizontal, the system will send a signal to a remote device. I need to recognize the pencil image using a camera, and then process the image to determinate the action. The question is; which elements are necesary in order to process the image? (camera type, DAQ, etc). Do you have any idea about NI hardware to use in this project? Thanks and best regards. Cristian,
