Hello, I have got OPC toolkit but I don't know how to activate it. Can anyone help me with that please. Thank you.

Yes, I have Subscription License Serial Number.

And then installed the Toolkit from here onto the machine where you want to use it? Version 2022Q4?

If so you should be able to see it in your NI License Manager application and from there you can activate it with the serial number you got.
