No warning when overwriting existing files at Application Builder LabVIEW 8.20

Hey,

we changed LabVIEW Version from 7.1 to 8.20.

In Application Builder of 7.1 I got a warning message when building process tried to overwrite existing files.

In Application Builder of 8.20 ist'nt such a warning message, existing filed will overwrite immediately.

Is there anywhere a setting that configure a warning dialog?

Hello,

you are right.
Using LabVIEW 8.2 there is no warning message when overwriting existing files when building an application.

There would be only the possibility to disable writing rights for the folder using the functions of your operating system.
