Also check in the NI License Manager to make sure the VI Analyzer Toolkit for your LabVIEW version is properly licensed. If the toolkit is unlicensed that's another way the tests list will be blank.

I got it working: I was using the LV2017 vi analyzer installer, but I'm running LV2016, that was my mistake. Still no idea why LV2016 vi analyzer was blank. When I re-installed I used the same serial number for activation. Suggestion for NI: When test cases aren't shown, help the user figure out why (activation problem, folder corruption problem, ...)
