The problem with the rate of sampling and the freqancy ,I used vernier nibp sensor

What is the best value to make my sample lenght is 30s?

I don't know what nibp is but I don't see how it is relevant to your sample length question. It's simple arithmetic. # samples divided by samples per second gives you seconds. For example, you request 500 samples at a 1000 sample/sec rate. That will take .5 seconds. Execute the loop 60 times - appending the new samples to the old if desired or save each acquisition as it happens.
