Network comes down when using FieldPoint with windows 2000

When I'm using Server Explorer or FieldPint Explorer to see my FieldPoints devices,
after about 1 or 2 mins, the Network falls down and I can't acces to any other device or computer on the network.
I'm using windows 2000 pro with Labview 6i version 6.0 and FieldPoint version 2.0.4
the serial numbers of my 1600 modules are :
B4C31C revision A
BABAF2 revision A
with all firmware version 3.00
I tested them with fp1600_diag version 1.0.0.1 and all is good.

It is not the NIC because it appens with two cards : rtl 8029 and rtl 8139.

I have been running various versions of Windows 2000 Professional (original, service pack 1, service pack 2) with FieldPoint Explorer versions 2.0.0 and later with no difficulties. Make sure that your network settings for your NIC cards are correct.

After failure, what do you have to do to get the system working again?
