The LabVIEW PID Control Toolset has some fuzzy logic tools...you can check it out on our website to see if this meets your needs...just go to ni.com/catalog and search for "fuzzy".
If this toolset does not meet your needs, I did a search on www.google.com for +"neuro-fuzzy" +labview and found several sites of individuals using LabVIEW for neuro-fuzzy systems. I'm sure you can find some helpful information in these search results.
