Network Streams Example Is Buggy

• Rather than monitoring the writer, I would monitor the reader letting an error there stop the other loop
• The example in 2015 only filters certain errors (-314220). Your V2 filters all errors so you'll never see an error.
• I don't see any edits to your "target.vi"

As for the whole -1 timeout, it's too bad you had to move to a polling architecture. Is -1 ever a reasonable choice?
