Need help with dial, knobs etc...

Being new to Labview, there is alot I have to learn. I saw a Dial Indicator
where the pointer was much bigger than the one given as the default from the
controls palette. What I would like to know is, how do you change the size
of, and/or the style of the pointers. I work in the aviation industry, making
test equipment and programs for test equipment and I can duplicate the look of
the instrument but am stuck with the default pointer on the dials, indicators,
meters, etc. If I could change them it would be a great help.
