Nan readings during data acquisition test

Hi. I have a Multi function data acquisition card that captures all the data during the test. I am using Advantech's PCl-818L card for this test. During the test on several devices under test, sometimes the readings look okay to me. In other times, the reading show Nan readings. Why is this so? How do I do to reduce the number of wrong readings like Nan readings? I am using the DMA function.

This would be something to ask the people from Advantech support. They now better what their driver is doing, than almost anybody here.
