NaN's, 1D array sort, and LabVIEW versions

Hey all,

Sorting a 1D array of dbl's containing NaN's under LabVIEW 6.0.2 returned... well, let's just call them, entertaining results.

Doing the same under LV 7.1 returns a correctly sorted array, with the NaN's appended at the end of the sort.

Since I have little desire to test all possible cases, my question is this: Does anyone know if this new sorting behavior is stable?

Hi Underflow,

Yes, I believe this behavior was corrected in LV 6.1. NaNs were not handled "correctly" by the Sort 1D Array.vi until this fix.
