NIVISA installation cannot continue (MACOS 12)

I was trying to install NI-VISA 21 into MACos 12, however, the installation cannot continue, see attached pic below.

Additionally, I first installed  NI-VISA 22 successfully, but the GPIB ports cannot be found. So I deleted it from Application and tried to install 21 because I found here https://www.wavemetrics.com/forum/general/ni-visa-driver-mac-os-12-monterey saying 21 is the right version for this OS.

According to NI-VISA Features and Operating System Compatibility, GPIB is compatible with NI-VISA 21.0 and earlier and not compatible with NI-VISA 2022 Q4 or later.

At the same time, based on NI-VISA 21.0 for macOS Readme, NI-VISA 21.0 for macOS supports the following platforms:

• macOS 11.x
• macOS 10.15.x

I use Windows, never MacOS so I can't be sure, but on Windows you need to install NI-488.2 to get GPIB working.
