NIDAQ850.exe Fehler bei Programmaufruf!

Hello,

i use LabView 8.5 and have to simulate data chanels. Therefore i have loaded the NIDAQ850.exe. But aftyer ENTER there is the error Fehler bei Programmaufruf!.

How can i install the NI-DAQmx?

Now i load the 8.7.2 version and i hope it will be better.
