NI-cRIO DD installation time

I started installation of NI CompactRIO Device Drivers May 2018 9:00 this morning.

After 7 hours progress bar shows 91%

Does it really have to take that long? Or am I missing something here?

I'd say it is unusually long but there are so many factors that influence installation time of NI drivers nowadays like:

- hardware of your PC (CPU, harddisk, RAM, ...). Especially a SSD has a huge positive impact

- operating system, a freshly set-up Win10 might be faster than a Win7 running for several years

- running a anti-virus program or other security software can greatly slow down the process

and many more.
