NI Web Server Configuration blank display

I'm using labview 2020, already try repair and uninstall-install but still the same, any advise or suggestion?

What do you want to configure? In which step do you see that blank window?

first time open is blank, want to set username password, https etc...

If you go to Start >> Run and enter services.msc, then scroll down to the 'NI Application Web Server' listing, does it show the status as 'Started'?

Yes the service is showing 'start', but the application is still blank. Thanks for your reply.

Anyway I "accidently" solve my problem already with following step :

1) Restart PC and boot in to "safe mode".

2) Lunch the NI Web Server Configuration. (will pop up error and you only can press OK to close)

3) Restart PC with normal boot, and lunch again NI Web Server Configuration it already fix my blank screen problem.

I don't know how it work but it fix my problem😅
