NI TDM Excel Add In for Windows 8 and Other Bugs

When accessing the NI Page "Download TDM Excel Add In for Microsoft Excel", I have found the following:

1. The page "View Readme" is broken.
2. The "Supported OS" is "Windows". No version is indicated (!). When downloaded, this cannot be installed for Windows 8. 

A very faulty decision if you have machinery running on TDM format. 

Can anybody assist me on downloading a TDM Excel Add In for Microsoft Excel, for Windows 8?

The add in does not install to the Windows OS.  It Adds Into Microsoft Excel
