NI Package Manager Error

Hi All,

Hopefully an easy one.  I just downloaded the Sound and Vibration Toolkit to test out as a trial.  I have made sure all other NI applications are up to date and my Package manager is 2024Q4; however, I get this error. Any advice appreciated.

What do you see when you click the 'Why am I seeing this?' link?

What software have you installed? Specifically, which versions of LabVIEW, DAQmx, and SVT? What do you see in MAX, and what do you see in NI Package Manager>>Installed Software?

I do not remember the cases where this issue could occur, but there will be some log files that might have more information. For the 2nd file, there should be one that is created with the time stamp of the session where you reproduced the error.

  1. %localappdata%\National Instruments\NI Package Manager\Logs\errorlog.txt
  2. %localappdata%\National Instruments\NI Package Manager\Logs\NIPkgLogs\NIPkgLog_*.txt

If you share those files here, someone might see something to give you more insight into the cause of the error.
