NI PXIe-1073 Triber Problem ! Driver Code 31

Hi there!

Actually, we get a problem during the installation of the NI PXIe-10735-Slot 3U PXI Express Chassis with AC - Up to 250 MB/s  Driver (Code 31), with Windows 7, 32Bits.

We used the Version 3.0.2 availble in the original CD Platform-Service but we think that the Driver was not correctly installed, and the problem consist on the PCI-PCI-Bridge, PCI-Express Standartupstreamswitchport.

We check out if there is any updates but no results 😞
What shall we do ?!?

maybe the new version of the PXI Platform Services helps to solve the issue:

If not please send me a MAX-Report of your computer and an extra one of the PXI-System under network devices:

1. Start -> All Programs -> National Instruments -> Measurement & Automation
2. File -> Create Protocol -> Technical Support and My System -> next -> next -> choose a path -> next -> finish/close.
