NI-Max Download Without Installation

I need to install NI-Max 19.0 on a PC that is not connected to the internet. When I download it from NI.com to my PC it goes through the installation process. Does anybody know where I can download the file for transport?

there is a note on the right side including a link to the offline installer:

Note: If you need to download individual versions or patches, you can select from Individual Offline Installers

NI MAX cannot be downloaded by itself.

Installing the latest version of any driver or NI System Configuration will automatically install the latest version of NI MAX.

Check Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX) Version Installed with NI-DAQmx Drivers to determine which version of NI-DAQmx to download to get a specific version of NI-MAX.
