NI License manager pop-up dialogs

Greetings,
After "repair"ing a PC OS (Win2K) I started seeing lots of NI License Manager pop-ups telling me "The feature you are trying to use is on a CD ROM" and to please insert a disk.  These pop-ups occur repeatedly immediately after boot and while the OS trys to install such things as "SCSI Controller" - it's really inconvenient.  I'd like to prevent the License Manager from interfering with these processes that, as far as I know, do not require a license.  Why is NI License Manager interfereing with (non-licensed?)/non-NI objects, and how can I stop it?

Thanks!

Hi Tbd,

I have looked into your issue and have not managed to find any documentation nor previous issues on this. It seems that some of the license files and registry keys must be conflicting/corrupt due to the repair.

I would suggest either contacting Technical Support for further analysis or re-install LabVIEW.
