NI_Excel.lvclass:Excel Import Module.vi error code -41113

I am running Labview 2018 with the Report Generation Tool kit and  unable to import a VBA module into Excel. I get the error -41113 that Visual Basic Projects is not a trusted source in Excel. I have VBA selected as a trusted source and can import and use the module using excel and VBA just not with Labview. Any idea what I am doing wrong?
