Is this a fresh install? If you already had older drivers installed it can corrupt you install files. I usually remove the older version before installing 17.0 specially if they are version 9 or older.
The drivers requier .NET framework. Repair the .NET in windows or try uninstall and reinstall, then try installing drivers again(remove whatever is left of the DAQmx driver before reinstall).
