NI DAQ 6501

Hi, can i use NI Daq 6501 with only digital i/o to acquire 7v from rs 232, 

then show the 7v value to my front panel????

if possible, please give some suggestion or vi that i can use as a reference.

No.

Use a serial port for serial communication. Or use a DAQ device capable of analogue input to read voltage signals...
