NI-CAN. 0xBFF62043 error. Need help with NI-CAN Configure CAN Object

I'm developing an emulator using a PXI-8464 to communcate on a CAN bus to gather diagnostics information.  During the initialization I configure CAN0 and then configure some frame objects.  First I configure all the expected receive frames, with no error, and then move on to the transmit frames.  I immediately get error 0xBFF62043.  I have compared object names between the receive objects and transmit objects and cannot figure out why I'm having problems.  The error object's name is "CAN0::XTD0x6067FF2B". 

Please help.

After more investigating, I found that I wasn't setting up my receive packets either.  Error on the first attempt.  I setup a small configure/open/write/close application that results in the same error...please show me what I am doing wrong.

This time with the controls initialized to the values that I am attempting when I get the error.
