No, if I run motor 3 by itself then theres no count direction or value. The motor still turns but I get no encoder counts.
Yes, I use two Myrio Motor Adaptors.

And you want to use 2 motors in different ADapters together, right?

So Motor 1 and Motor 3 on the same Digilent Motor Adapter, Motor 2 and Motor 4 on the other?

Not sure. That what I stated the problem being when I wrote this post. I think it maybe due to them being connected to the same motor adaptor board.

There is no problem with your VI, there are no software differences between each motors. You can try contacting Digilent for possible hardware troubleshooting.
