My motors doesnt work when I run the program.

I made my own program to just move straight, left and right

with another two motors for a cannon.

I run the program, and then i move the joystick and rhe motor doesnt sound. Is it an electriconic or programming Error?

The only error that it appears me on the driver station in the diagnosis part is the one for the camera and the robot doesnt has the camera.

We cannot really tell based on the information provided. You can use probes to figure out if the values at each stage of your program are what you expect. That will help narrow down if for example the Joystick input is not correct or if values are written to the motors but they are not responding.
