Hi Soucha,
when you configure a DAQmx task using MAX or that DAQAssistent you get those pretty images showing how to connect any wires. When you follow those images then your measurement should be fine.
But: those cheap USB600x-devices aren't made for thermocouples. Even though you can create a DAQmx channel set to TC measurement the result will be very questionable…

Hi Thank you for your speed answer.
I understand better the probleme of this DAQmx 6001 ! So do you have any other solution to recover the temperature from a thermocouple ? I'm thinking to use a µC ( for exemple Arduino) and combine it with Labview.. Do you think it will be better ?
Take a look to this, My daq is the DAQ 6001 and in the case of simultanous analog input : no..

AFAIK the Arduino ADC is not as good as that of the USB-6001…

"Simultanous" denotes the ability to measure several channels at exactly the same time (in parallel).
Your USB-6001 still can measure several channels, but in a multiplexed (interleaved) way as it only contains a single ADC circuit.
I would use an amplifier for the TC signal, similar to this one.
